1. Where is your store or showroom located?
A: LV Furniture Direct is an online furniture store. By utilizing our website as our showroom we save on overhead and pass these savings on to our customers. You may use the contact form to e-mail us or contact us directly with any questions at 702-221-9880.

2. When do I pay for my order?
A: LV Furniture Direct gives you the option of paying with Credit Card or Cash on Delivery (COD). Currently we only accept Credit Cards over the phone. A Customer Service representative will contact you after placing your order online.

3. What forms of payment do you take?
A: We accept Cash on Delivery and all major credit cards including: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

4. Why is your furniture so inexpensive?
A: By servicing a dedicated location and utilizing our website as our showroom we save on overhead and pass these savings on to our customers. Customer satisfaction is our most important value and creating a long standing relationship with our customers is our goal.

5. How soon can I have my items delivered?
A: We offer free delivery for all of Las Vegas/Henderson. Order processing and Delivery time takes between 3-7 Business days. A Customer Representative will contact you to schedule delivery.

6. Does Free Delivery come with set-up and assembly?
A: LV Furniture Direct offers FREE DELIVERY with all purchases. FREE DELIVERY includes unloading of your items to your doorstep. This does not include assembly of any items or in-house placement. LV Furniture Direct will assemble your pieces properly and provide in-house placement for an additional fee.

All products purchased from LV Furniture Direct are brand new and sealed in factory packaging. Assembly may be required. All products include the tools and instructions needed to assemble properly. LV Furniture Direct can provide assembly for an additional fee.

All purchase orders over $1000 will include FREE DELIVERY and FREE ASSEMBLY.
